How sports massage can help you
Do you work from home on a computer?
Then you would benefit from regular sports massage treatments to help break down the knots that form in your muscles as a result of the time spent performing your job at the desk (or your kitchen table or home work set up!)
As you spend your workday at the computer, it almost impossible to sit in a way that will not cause you some discomfort and pain over time.
The reason these aches and pains get worse over time is because they are cumulative and the knots increase in size as time progresses, the more hours you work, the more stiff your muscles get as more knots form over time.
The pain and reduced movement can be easily treated with regular sessions, you will feel the benefit from the first treatment and if you are struggling to turn your head fully to both sides, you will be relieved to know I usually have that fixed in the first treatment, although follow up treatments will be needed, you will be amazed at how quickly I can get you back to work and able to function and go about your normal day again.
