1. Block booking
I offer a discounted price for a block of 4 hours (£70 discount)
(Pay for 3, get 4 hours)

Sports Massage : £70 per hour
Swedish Massage : £70 per hour
Indian head massage : £70 per hour

Mobile Massage Treatments: £80 per hour (To cover transport and time)


Normally for a really in depth, thorough full body treatment I recommend one hour for upper or lower body, or two hours to really clear out the muscle knots, cramps, trapped tension and exercise by-products and all those bits giving you niggling aches. The whole purpose of my sports massage service is to restore you to the real you so you can find your flow and get back to your day and your life.


Personal Training sessions:
One to One Coaching: 60 mins = £ 50

Mobile Massage Treatments: £80 per hour (To cover transport and time)

Onsite massage : £50 per half hour, £100 per hour. (The price reflects transport costs and time travelling to your office)

Onsite treatments can be negotiated through a liaison for your office or company, for a group of employees, for an afternoon or full day.
A disounted price can be negotiated, needing at least 4 clients for an onsite massage day and 8 clients for a group exercise class/ workshop.
